Welcome to Emilio’s Mexican Restaurant & Cantina. Emilio’s was established by Emilio and Shirley Redín. After several months of planning, they opened their doors to the community on December 19th, 1983.

Emilio’s has remained a local family business, and is now owned by the second generation of Redin’s - husband and wife, JuanCarlos and Toni Redin. Most of their ten children have worked in the restaurant at some point, and they hope to someday have the grandchildren join in the tradition to represent the forth generation of Redin's to work at Emilio’s.

Toni is a native of San Jacinto. She was born and raised in the San Jacinto Valley, while Juan Carlos was born and raised in the central part of Mexico, and arrived in San Jacinto in 1983.Throughout the years Emilio’s has remained a local family business, and is now owned & operated by the 2nd and 3rd generation. Though overtime exciting new dishes have been incorporated into the menu, we continue to utilize the same recipes that were created in 1983.

Through efficient and humble service in a consistent manner, we accomplish a personable relationship between customers and our team. This ideology will continue dictating the way Emilio’s conducts business on a daily basis.

About Our Margaritas

Back in the early days (between 1983-1984) Emilio wanted to come up with a recipe that will give the drink the same flavor and consistency no matter who was making the drink. So after experimenting with the recipe for a year, he created the margarita that we serve today.

We are well known for our margaritas and are proud to have received the Press Enterprise "Reader's Choice Award" for best margarita.

Either blended or on the rocks, fresh fruit flavored, cadillac, or created with your favorite tequila, we have them all!
